2.1 To access certain features of Chanzo, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. 2.2 You must provide accurate and complete information during the account registration process and promptly update any changes to ensure its accuracy.

User Conduct

3.1 You agree to use Chanzo in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms of Use. 3.2 You shall not engage in any conduct that may interfere with the operation or security of Chanzo or infringe upon the rights of other users. 3.3 You are solely responsible for any content you post or transmit through Chanzo and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the content and its use.

Intellectual Property

4.1 Chanzo and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property rights and are owned by or licensed to us. 4.2 You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from Chanzo without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 Chanzo is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that Chanzo will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. 5.2 We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of Chanzo. 6.2 Our total liability, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the 30 percent of the total fees paid by you, if any, for accessing or using Chanzo.

Modifications and Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Chanzo at any time without prior notice. 7.2 We may also terminate or suspend your access to Chanzo, in whole or in part, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use or for any other reason, without liability or prior notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

Severability

9.1 If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect the original intent, while the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

10.1 These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Chanzo regarding the use of our platform and supersede any prior agreements or communications, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
